I'd rather have Jesus-contentment

than anyyy-thing. Anything my human-wisdom thinks would make me happier -- feeling good from much-better health, much-more-normal eating, much-more-normal sleep, a much-better car. Howbout an EASIER LIFE?


Jesus-contentment is light-years-better than whatever comes second best. Jesus-contentment is the pearl of great price, worth selling all to get. Jesus-contentment means Jesus is ENOUGH. Means CONTENTment with His genius plan. Ahhh.


How does a Christian experience Jesus-contentment throughout the day? Only by the work of the Holy Spirit. Faith/contentment/humility is a gift from Above, NOT based on a deserving believer, but totally by grace.


So whadda I do when I realize I want something MORE than Jesus? CONFESS. Ahhh.
