a refreshingly-honest pastor. This is good example of a chief confessor pointing Christians to Jesus, rather than a chief expert preaching the Gospel to Christians. The Christian life is not about our loving Jesus, but about Jesus loving us. Not about our performance/obedience, but His. We are not the deal. He is.
