Without a ReigningShepherdJesus

how is Jesus-dependency even possible?  If the Christian life is UP TO DAVE, if facing my daily challenges is UP TO DAVE, if obeying Jesus is UP TO DAVE, if surrendering to Jesus is UP TO DAVE, if loving Jesus and loving others is UP TO DAVE, if seeking first His Kingdom and His righteousness/worthiness is UP TO DAVE, I’m in big trouble.  If Jesus is not totally in control over my life and others, I’m toast.  If you could prove to me that Jesus is not totally reigning over all, I dowanna even face tomorrow.  Waaay-too scary.  Waaay-too-much pressure for FragileDave.  Only those much-stronger-than I, can believe in a Jesus who is not totally reigning over every detail of my life and others’ lives.
