Why is human-wisdom so evil?

Because either Jesus is Lord, or human-wisdom is. Human-wisdom-dependency is the opposite of Jesus-dependency. When human-wisdom is lord, we are judges/critics of everyone and everything. When Jesus is Lord, we enjoy everyone just as we are, and everything just as it is. Including enemies.

Impossible to be competitive in sports, politics, life, without human-wisdom-dependency. Competitive humans enjoy the failure of others, especially the opposition. Every war in the history of the world, has been a fruit of competitive types -- human-wisdom-dependents. All evil in the world -- all lawlessness, is a fruit of human-wisdom-dependency.

Impossible to be a control-freak perfectionist without human-wisdom. Impossible to experience the other-worldly peace that surpasses understanding, while operating with human-wisdom-dependency. Circumstance-dependent for joy and peace. Impossible to experience happiness while operating with human-wisdom-dependency. Impossible to experience the benefit of Jesus in THIS life, while operating with human-wisdom-dependency.

Jesus-dependency delivers happiness, contentment. Human-wisdom-dependency delivers frustration, discouragement, anxiety, boredom. The Upside-down Kingdom of Jesus is the opposite of the right-side-up kingdom of human-wisdom. Humility is a fruit of Jesus-dependency. Pride is a fruit of human-wisdom-dependency. Kingdom expansion is a fruit of Jesus-dependency/humility. The ingrown Church is a fruit of pride/human-wisdom-dependency.

How does a Christian get Jesus-dependency? Only by the work of the Holy Spirit, freshly convicting of unbelief in the reign of SovereignShepherdJesuss. And it doesn't last long, because the human-wisdom of others -- and ourselves, dominates our every day.

Two kinds of wisdom

The problem with things going our way,
