The only humans who are stressed,

are those relying on human-wisdom — wise in our own eyes, leaning on our own understanding, confident-we-know-what’s-best, what’s thankable and what’s not. Lords of our own lives. Christians claiming the Lordship of Jesus, but functioning like seculars, atheists, with the same human-wisdom, human-power, and therefore seed cast on thorny soil that does not reproduce, choked by the cares of human-wisdom. Even biblical commands/principles implemented by human-wisdom/human-power are devoid of fruit.

So what can Christians do about this? CONFESS: don’t strive to depend better on Jesus, to better fix eyes and thoughts on Him. CONFESSion is highly underrated, and striving highly OVERrated.
